It is a hybrid (RCC + structural-steel) moment-resisting framed structure. I was responsible for the load calculations, analysis, design and preparation of structural drawings of foundation, superstructure, infinity pool, structural steel roof framing and erection details. Challenges include open living area without intermediate beams; coordinated beam depths and long-span cantilevers with architect.
